Exact Mass Measurements/Structural Identification:
We provide exact mass measurements with error less than 5 parts per million for molecules under 2,000 Da. To provide structural identification, we conduct tandem MS analysis. HPLC can also be conducted to measure purity of compound. We are able to do this for a wide range of biomolecules (drugs, metabolites, lipids, peptides).
Global Lipidomic Analysis
We can measure a wide range of lipid classes from biological matrices such as plasma, tissue, and CSF. Lipids are extracted from biological matrices by liquid-liquid or solid phase extraction. High mass resolution MS and MS/MS analysis is conducted to confirm and measure the presence of the compound of interest.
Mass Spectrometry Imaging
Mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) allows in situ analysis of molecules from tissue sections; thus, providing high spatial resolution mapping of analytes which are lost in typical extraction studies. We provide high spatial resolution (down to 25 µm) for biomolecules under 2000 Da with both organic and nanoparticle matrices.
